I agree, as the Junior’s Guardian, I will travel and be present during outings and supervise the Junior member.
I understand and agree that Kilcock Anglers committee and members will not be responsible to supervise Junior Club member.

As the Junior’s Guardian, I give permission for the Junior to be filmed and/or photographed. Photographs and/or video may be used to share on the Club Social Media and/or Website. Photographs and/or video may be used in accordance with the NCFFI Filming and Photography Policy.
